Withdrawing Funds Back to Your Wallet
When you're ready to cash out, the withdrawal flow mirrors how you deposited — same wallet, same account. Head to the cashier, choose your payout method, and enter the amount you want returned. PayPal and Venmo withdrawals land back in the same account you funded from, which keeps the paper trail clean. Play+ withdrawals return to your prepaid card balance, which you
can spend or transfer from there. Your account verification status affects how quickly a withdrawal moves through — fully verified accounts clear the internal review step without additional document requests. We process withdrawal requests as they arrive; timing on the receiving end depends on your wallet provider.
- Go to Withdrawal — Inside the cashier, switch to the withdrawal tab. The screen shows your available balance and the methods linked to your account.
- Pick Your Payout Method — Choose the wallet you want funds sent to — PayPal, Venmo, or Play+. We send back to the same source you deposited from where possible.
- Enter the Amount — Type the withdrawal amount. The cashier shows any minimums or pending hold amounts so you know exactly what's available to request.
- Complete Verification Check — If your account is fully verified, the request moves through automatically. Unverified accounts may be prompted to upload an ID document at this step.
